| Well I already tried to start it but it didnt work out too well. Im thinking of maybe when someone joins I assign a higher ranking admin member to each probabtion.
So for example Executioner and Ghostface has just joined us so I could assign Executioner to Melody and Ghostface to Meek and you guys watch the probation member your assigned to and let me know how he does. For it to work even better I think someone prefrebably from the same country or speaks the same first language and I could give the probabtion member his mentors email so he can ask his mentor any questions he may need anwsering. What you think ? | |

| sounds good but theres rarely a canadian who applies  but if theres ever a person who speaks french i could help that guy out . . . my french isnt perfect but i can still communicate  and sure but i'd need to be assigned to the probation member on the week im here and i would need his/her xfire and msn and what game mode he/she prefers so it'll be easier for me to find them . . . . sounds good i like that idea | |
