Hey guys I see you have teamspeak for a while now but you don't really use it

We have our Teamspeak server from Invision the same as you guys but we just have the free 10 slot version that comes with the server. Problem is there is so much interference when people try to talk in there it just gives me a headache, but yea if it was a bit better quality I would definatly use it more. (Gotta buy a new mic first my ghost stole the last one).

I think at the moment Invision are having problems with the Teamspeak anyway. I just renewed our server for 3 months and I got a 20% discount cause of all the problems with the Teamspeak (yay).

It would be nice if you add some channels and stuff

I don't know if you know how to add them etc.

It is not that hard

You can register a channel so it will always be there
Channels like:
{SWT} Server
Private Conversations
War

etc.

You can make it moderated 2 that only the people you want to can talk in there
maybe it prevents irritating nobbits

lol first of all it is Teamspeak and not IRC xD
Second: why you want Team Swat and Team Suspect at {SWT} Server??
TS is mostly about having fun and screamin BOOM HEADSHOT xD
In our TS we don't separate officer and suspect from eachother
that will make it more boring

and if theres a clan or funwar then its better to have the 2 teams put in different channels so meh

and besides, when a ts channel gets too crowded peoples voices start echoeing through other peoples mic's then u cant hear anything and its so frigging annoying

just you will turn a littlebit down the sound of you pc and everythings ok ;] there is every time someone who make this

They are caused because people have voice permanent on
If you use push to talk
you have to use a button to talk (pressed like a walky talky)
use a good button like right mouse button or Ctrl

yes i know very well how to use teamspeak but people still press the button at the same time and say sumthing at the same time and it echoes

Ahh well I always had mine on voice activation but if that causes shitty noise then I will assign a button. I didnt realise that caused the problem. Thanks for video Coert

another way to reduce the echo is to get a headset, i use this and what i normally do is have the game through main speakers and ts on headset,

aslo you can improve the quality of the channel, when createing a channel, go to codec and make it Speex 25.9 Kbit, this also improves the sound quality

I use Teamspeak to 60 % when i am playing a game.

I am really sad about the activity on the server but what could I do .
A Microfon just costs 15 euro or so.

Not so expensive.
